I came across a picture similar to this on my Pinterest feed and thought that I should create my own version of this to help keep me accountable of what I'm choosing to do MORE of and also LESS of.
P.S. I encourage you to also write down things that you plan on doing more of and less of. It can be too easy to just think about it, but writing it down declares that you have decided to commit to it. By looking at what you wrote can be a reminder of the daily decisions that you make in life. Hopefully this will help as you enter in 2019!
